Final Project Development FEB-UB Program
On December 19, 2023, until December 28, 2023, Reagal, in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Brawijaya (FEB UB), organized the Final Project Development Program. This event is a program for the development of final assignments for senior students, with the aim of encouraging them to complete their final assignments more quickly while maintaining quality. More than 100 students participated in this program, assisted by 4 mentors with specific fields, namely introduction, literature review, methodology, and discussion.

This program provides an opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of how to create good and quality final assignments. Through the classes held, students can learn the necessary steps in completing their final assignments well, from the initial stage to the final stage. With guidance from experienced mentors, it is hoped that students can complete their final assignments more efficiently.
The mentors involved in this program have experience and expertise in their respective fields. The introduction mentor is responsible for helping students formulate a proper and interesting introduction, while the literature review mentor assists in compiling a comprehensive literature review. The methodology mentor guides students in designing appropriate research methodologies, and the discussion mentor helps in formulating relevant conclusions and recommendations.
With the Final Project Development Program, it is hoped that students can have a clear guide in completing their final assignments. Additionally, this program is also expected to motivate students to complete their final assignments more quickly, so that they can graduate on time and be ready to face the working world.
